Add JQuery Rotating Banner to mifos.org homepage

After a few months with new mifos.org site, I'm realizing that I need a little
more real estate on the homepage to have more of a banner that tells the story
of the mifos community or visually tells more of what happens currently.
My idea for that would be to utilize the "Our Vision" space to have that rotate
between different banners. I wanted to discuss with you all what would be the
best method - to have this space simply be the output of a view that rotates
between certain images on page refresh or to make it a jquery banner that
rotates while on the site and can be paused etc.
