Yes I would agree that if we were to use Views Slideshow, we'd want to have
text and slider controls with a slightly transparent background on top of the
image.
I didn't realize that these all had to be themed individually.
I also noticed the images were slightly pixelated - is that due to the
imagecache settings?
Did you test out Views Nivo Slider? My thinking was that might be a bit easier
to use out of the box. (i.e. styled text on top of the semi-transparent
background already available by default)
Could we also try that on beta.mifos.org?
