Regarding the functionality around mandatory savings ...

If a client doesn't make the mandatory deposits, the only behavior I'm
aware of in Mifos is that the expected deposit accumulates.  For
example, if the client has a mandatory savings deposit of 50 per week,
and they miss a week, the next week's deposit expected will be listed as
100 in Mifos.  If it was a voluntary savings, then the expected deposit
will be listed as 50 only.

For the account states, the client's saving's account becomes on hold
when there is no activity for # of days defined as your Savings Dormancy
definition (in Admin).
