Keith,
Portion of the loan (Outstanding loan amount) should be re-scheduled with
new terms. Mifos re-scheduling functionality should be enhanced to enhanced
to support this feature. Not sure about the efforts involved to take-up the
enhancement, if it is minor enhancement it worth to take-up, if it is a
major change then there should be some thoughts from the community.
