Can't ping the WAN interface from the LAN interface or vice-versa.
Can you ping the LAN interface from the LAN side? In other words,
with your PC set up as 76.77.2.130/28 can you ping the .129 address?
This is, as you say, a pretty simple configuration. If you can't
ping the .129, then post the output of:
"/ip address print"
"/ip route print"
