If an x86 PC fried...do not expect a routerboard to do any better.
That's a massive mistake.  RBs are good but for major tasks x86 is the
way to go.

For reliability the RBs are WAY worse IME.  I've not had an x86 MT
lock up.  Ever.  I have had 532s and 493s lock up.  Simply reboot and
it's back.
