Example - http://apache.uwhdc.com/httpd/ does not contain any of the files in that root directory (such as the Apache source) nor does it display the header/footer files correctly.
Please ensure that your configuration includes something similar to:
<Directory "/apache">
IndexOptions FancyIndexing NameWidth=* FoldersFirst ScanHTMLTitles DescriptionWidth=*
HeaderName HEADER.html
ReadmeName README.html
AllowOverride FileInfo Indexes
Options Indexes SymLinksIfOwnerMatch FollowSymLinks
</Directory>
...or whatever is most appropriate for your particular setup that accomplishes the same goals as set in the mirroring config doc at http://www.apache.org/info/how-to-mirror.html. I'd suggest you re-examine your configuration and compare with an existing mirror. Once you've got it all set, drop us all another email with an update.
