em(4) lists a 4-port PCI-X card.
sk(4) lists only two-port cards.
You can find various recommendations for 4-port 100mb cards in the
archives, it comes up every couple of months or so. I think the options
are fxp (intel/matrox), dc, sf (adaptec), sis (soekris/mikrotik). sis
are probably cheaper and should be ok, fxp may perform a bit better
(note if you see comments about sis performance in the archives, they
may well be on SC1100/GeodeGX platforms e.g. Soekris 4xxx, WRAP, which
won't do very high-bandwidth, no matter what nic you use).
