Streaming instability: I agree that this is a blocker bug. We have a lot of users that rely on Mixxx for their streaming radio stations and it would be a huge problem if the new version makes their streams unlistenable. This is a bug I think we should focus on. We should either determine that there's something in these users configurations that can be tweaked to fix the problem, or figure out what's going on in mixxx to cause it.
LateNight Library focus: If someone submits a patch for this bug it'll likely be simple and acceptable. But I can't say it's a blocker for release. Opus crash: This is unfortunate because it's a crash, but there is only one reporter for the bug and it's an obscure file format.
