raising hand to take credit for that :) back when the Rabbit GTi came out 
that little "i" was a big thing, now must GTi/GT models are the same, just 
some companies kept the i and others use gt, it even varies depending on the 
market the car is being sold in european market cars are where the I is 
probably most common in names...just like the japanesse like R and X, and we 
just use whatever we want in america, lol

PS im ashamed of america, ford isnt going to sell a high performance ford 
focus as a Cosworth, because not many americans appriciate what Cosworth 
engineering means in the scheme of things, so instead it will be a Focus R
