Rolling resistance should be both negligible and constant at high speed
unless there's a lot of lift or downforce, right? Rolling resistance
doesn't slow my car down from 20 mph all that quickly, and probably isn't
much higher in the GTI than the GLI. I suppose we could do coast downs
from 30 mph to 0 mph and then from 100 mph to 70 mph and compare them to
try to get rolling resistance (since we know drag increases with the square
of speed...) And make sure we're all being honest about how wide our tires
are, our tire pressures and our times...
