fuses and relays would be my first thought, you hit the swtich and neither lights up, id say its one of the two.

None of them light up. There is power at the switch but there is no power at the fusebox before the headlight fuses. Is there a relay hidden somewhere up in there that might have gone bad? I am trying to decipher the Bentley but it doesn't seem to indicate that there is anything between the switch and the fusebox.
