I'm not a fan of the hp+ pads.  They don't handle heat well, so they perform 
poorly on the track.  On the street they're noisy and very dusty.

There really isn't a dual use street/track pad out there.  The best one is the 
ferodo ds2500...

HP+ is a very aggressive street pad that's designed for exactly what you're 
doing.  Since you don't use the car on the street very often, the HP+ should be 
fine.  Otherwise they're a bit dusty and noisy for street use but not nearly as 
abusive to rotors as Blue or HT-10 - I can't speak for the DTCs but can imagine 
they'd be similarly abusive when cold.
