Hi all,

I am also with Tecksavvy since 2009 and had problem 2 years ago
when I asked a second fix IP. Ending up cancelling the second IP
because it looks like they don't know Linux at all and even I
suspect their knowledge of IP.

For anything else, all is working perfectly.

I have a standard phone using their HT-502 for a digital line. All is
working well, no need for special VoIP telephone.

Until a few days ago I had DSL with Tek (very stable) and a landline
with them. No complaints. Decided to switch to VoIP, still with Tek.
They moved me over but forgot to ask Bell for a dry loop. So now I am
knocked off until Thursday and I have a job that depends on that
conenction. Had 5 calls with their tech to get to the bottom of it, two
guys were spot on the issues, the other three completely out of touch.
Make that 4, with the initial agent that placed my change request. That
makes for 66% incompetents at least. Scary.
