I've switched to Colba.net a year ago, coming from 15 yrs of Videotron. I've decided to remain on the cable (already having a modem) because all those years I didn't experienced any negative issue with it and in my area of woods there are not too many options :)
I'm paying a bit under $50/mo for 60/10Mbps and I constantly get around 70/12Mbps ( run speedtest-cli every couple of hrs). I can't tell you much about the support, as besides sending a question about the existance of a SMTP relay - to which I did *not* got any answer - I had no other interaction with.
