Hi Stas,
   I am currently running w/ openssl-0.9.6b.  ALso, I
tried your suggestion:

 perl -MCPAN -eshell
 cpan> install URI HTML::HeadParser LWP
 
make test still could not find LWP...

But thanks anyways.
