Found the build; rebuilt with debug.  Make test skipped a *bunch* of
stuff, but doesn't appear to have failed.  Installed, stopped apache,
started apache, same results; no backtrace in the webgui.log or either
apache error log (master or vhost), and no core file anywhere.  is this
because my apache runs as nobody and the trees (/appl/apache/httpd and
/appl/apache/WebGUI) are both owned by apache?
