Yes, it runs. At least we were able to request pages from the server via
HTTPS. I've still not tested it in-depth, so perhaps there are still some
minor flaws. But as a whole: it works. Although I never would run a production
server under Win32, neither with plain Apache nor with Apache+mod_ssl, of
course.

Yes, please give your feedback. Sorry that your work is now obsolete. But we
didn't know that you already tried to port it to Win32. So Trung started from
scratch. But at least you now can give us some valuable feedback, because
after doing your own port you now know the problems better than anyone else
;-)
