 Unfortunately, it's not that simple.  If we want to present
open/free software as a product, we need it to work.  One of
the most common arguments *against* using open source software
I encounter is that there is no guaranteed support for it, and
this *is* a serious lack.  That said, I am also grateful to
Ralf for his offer to sort throug the problem.

 However, I'm sorry if this came across as me trying to make
Ralf feel guilty -- in actual fact, it was simply me venting
over the IBM guys telling me they needed it up one hour
before their deadline, coupled with the fact that I was
recovering from major oral surgery at the time.  I was *not*
a happy camper, to put it mildly.

 Fortunately, it all worked out in the end.

 I do appreciate it, though I'm also glad that in the end
it was not necessary for Ralf to spend any of his time on
it.
