In writing the docs, I find myself using the word "decorator" over and over, so I'm thinking that something like Class::Decorator would be good, except that's taken ;) Moreover, this isn't quite the traditional decorator pattern, which involves wrapping an _object_. Instead, this wraps _classes_. Maybe something like Class::DecoratorClass or Class::Decorate would be good?
