The class builds/manipulates @ISA relationships of classes dynamically,
right? How about Class::DynamicISA then?
I also noticed cascaded inheritance in your description. If so,
Class::Cascade may make sense too.
Class::Inheritance is a little too generic, in my opinion, unless you wanted
something to replace base.pm.
Class::ClassDecorator, although makes sense, redundancy in the name may
annoy some people (me included).
