On reflection, I'd like to go further and say I like 'Module::Ranger'
particularly. Although the scope of action may go a bit further than a
Perl module, 'Module::' is consistent with related module development
tools; while '::Ranger' encompasses the concepts of management,
impartial service, forestry (tree maintenance), and, well, a broad range
of action.

I would *very* much like to get to work on this. Please say if there's
an obvious reason why this name choice is bad or, if you think so,
good.
