Hi Terry We at Hopmog look forward to seeing you sometime. We live in Rainham - just up the hill (or one of them anyway!) from you.
I don't know if you're aware but Hopmog are hosting a classic car event as part of the Fabulous Forties weekend at the Farriers Arms, Mersham - just outside Ashford - this coming weekend. A number of us will be there on Sunday so if you can make it please come along and introduce yourself and get some first-hand experience of Morgan ownership. Details of the event can be found here:- http://www.thefarriersarms.com/events-2/ Kind regards Alan AP08 MOG ________________________________ From: Terry Holland <[email protected]> To: mogtalk2 <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, 31 July 2012, 23:25 Subject: [mogtalk2] Re: [mogtalk2] Re: [mogtalk2] Need some advice please….New Morgan Hi Everyone, Just got home from work and am overwhelmed with all our views and advice - thank you all very much!! I'm going to take your advice and join my local area group before making a decision - BTW I live in Maidstone, Kent. I have a budget of circa £40k [give or take a couple of thousand - but don't tell my wife!!] and am probably going to opt for a new car, which probably puts me in the 4/4 or Plus 4 category. I had a test drive at the Brands Hatch Morgan Garage on Friday and loved the narrow look [which seemed to be very traditional] and free revving engine of the 4/4 - it really put a smile on my face!! Having said that, the Plus 4 seemed to have a lot more punch....so may be a better touring option. Anyway, your advice has given me a lot to think about - and I'm going to make myself enjoy the choosing process!! Thanks a lot.
