The Reynolds number would vary along the length of the blade since the speed is greater as you progress from the center. To maintain a constant number the blade should be quite wide at the hub diminishing towards the tip. It makes for and interesting blade shape having concave, leading and trailing edges, with a true helical screw.( I once fooled around with taht idea for model work) As to the Reynolds number for a turkey wing that may vary with cooking time.
