Agree as long as on top or bottom tanks not core as more of a problem.
In the 70s found a leak on top tank seam, c 10,00 pm, working Saturday
morning then off to Cornwall to compete in the 2 hill climb meetings.
No solder to hand so drained some water out of the rad., wire brushed
the area and filled with araldite. Allowed to cure for a bit, them
refilled and warmed up.
That "temporary" repair lasted at least 5 years inc. road, pct,
sprints and hill climbs.

You can usually repair a radiator, unless its leaking everywhere, even as
a short term measure;get it on the bench,and clean it up a bit;if u
dont want to mess with solder, even jb weld or similar will
do................................ my mark2 Jag rad ran on a plastic
padding repair for over a year with no hassle......................

Subject: [mogtalk2] Morgan spares
I'm new to mogtalk and after twelve months, still getting the hang of
Morgan cars. My 05 +4 has sprung a leak and needs a new radiator. This
expense very unwelcome but the really bad thing is that after nearly
nine weeks off the road, the factory is still unable to give an
availability date. What experience do you mog-talkers have with supply
of relatively recent parts?
