Tod & Bill, I think the plywood can be cut so it would be workable.
The first cut would give a 36" wide x 48" high piece and a 60" wide x 48" high piece. The second cut would then give two 30" wide x 48" high pieces. Everything is then cut to be 12" high. We have four pieces 36" x 12". Tod needs three. We have eight pieces 30" x 12". Bill and I need six. We still have enough left to make another M-15 hatch. Sounds promising.
