John is right. This was publicly announced today. They say that they will
give all sellers a two month "grace period" to get all four DSRs over 4.3,
and then they are gone. I agree with Phil that this would be the height of
insanity, but after all the other weird changes, I do believe they mean.

I am SO glad to have flown over the fleabay cuckoo's next!
