Come on we all know that answer to that one.....depends on how high the
cliff and what's underneath.

My favorite parent line was "if your friends jumped off a cliff, would
you follow them". I also thought that was so dumb!!

I remember so well how my parents always corrected my grammar, and I
hated it and thought them so "out of touch". It is amazing how I now see
everything with my parents perspective!

My teen sons have been taking stupid teenage boy risks (like picking up
a downed power line, and jumping from high places), and I am constantly
yelling at them "How can you be so smart and so stupid at the same
time?", just as my parents did!

I'd be thrilled if they would just add the 'cents' symbol. Also, people
have already started dropping upper case letters. Those who have dealt
our sovereign language such a low blow will surely burn in hell, Bruce.
In hell, I tell you thee.

Hey, no use trying to turn back the hands of time. Before long
these acronyms will be allowed in schools, as will the use of "u" for
"you", and they will have to add a "heart symbol" to keyboards!

I know than revulses many of you (Kirby?) but English IS an
ever-evolving language. No doubt there were many people in the 1600s
decrying the then-current vulgar use of "you" for "thou" and "have" for
"hast", and look where that got them!
