Well actually John is wrong.I for one would not leave positive feedback for Heritage since i had posters stolen by them.

Many people don't leave feedback these days mostly because they don't see it as a necessary part of the transaction or because they just forget. After all, when you buy something from Heritage or from Bruce you don't need to leave feedback (although I'm sure they both receive many positive emails!).
