BUT I’ve seen a growing number of customers ‘buying to frame’.
This really for me has brought in a completely new audience and
therefore a highly percentage of female buyers.
With my business I have a lot of customers who like to ‘chat’. I
am assuming this is in part due to the service I offer but also
because it forms a huge part of being a collector. Just being able to
talk to someone else who understands your passion.
Is this common with the male sellers as well? Do you have a lot of
customers phoning you for a chat prior to making a purchase?
