Oops -- perhaps I have misunderstood (we live rurally and I'm trying to load the video, haltingly, our slow version of high speed).
I thought this referred to consulting re instruction for a student with special needs -- now I see it looks like a generalized classroom improvement? I find it amazing if you have a mandated format for teacher supervisors and teachers to discuss the improvement of each classroom teacher's actual teaching. Here, the union has blocked even a much more generalized 'teacher as researcher' approach (which many find wonderful but many will say, "I do my own pro. d., thanks"). So there is a person *not* the principal in each school who is helping people seek improvement in this way?
