Not sure of other browsers, but Burning Edge kept a track of changes in Firefox releases (including CSS improvements) since 0.7: http://www.squarefree.com/burningedge/releases/
There is also the source code to scan: http://www.mozilla.org/source.html (that would be too big a task for any one person).
