128 bit encryption?

I can't find any info on whether Mozilla 0.9 supports 128 bit 
encryption, although I suspect it does not.  I went to a site that 
wanted this feature, and it directed me to a Netscape download site that 
said I was using Netscape 5.0 (is there such a thing?)

Anyone know the status on this?
