Mozilla supports 128 bit encryption. The reason it says you have
Netscape 5.0 is because Netscape 4.x = Mozilla 4.x, Netscape 6.0 and
Mozilla = Mozilla 5.0. So the site sees the UserAgent is Mozilla 5.0
and interprets that as Netscape 5.0.
You can't use it because the site owner didn't bother to allow Mozilla
version 5+ access, they probably have it check for Netscape 4.x only
