The site is probably setup to not accept Mozilla, since Bank 
of America seems to block Mozilla also (but doesn't forward 
me anywhere). And that detection mechanism on the Netscape 
download site is screwy, it always says "Netscape 5.0" when 
detecting Mozilla.

 From as far as I can tell, Mozilla does support 128-bit 
encryption. It says so in the Security tab in Page Info when 
I visit secure sites, and I know I've heard it mention 
elsewhere that it does.
