Hi Sergey,

Just to let you know that I have adopted quite a few of your ideas in the 
standard MPIR Visual Studio build. The new version is in my GitHub 
repository at:

   https://github.com/BrianGladman/mpir

The build directory structure now matches your own and mpir_config has been 
split into components.

Also, in principle, mpir_config.py now supports all recent Visual Studio 
versions although I am only testing this on VS 2015 at the moment.

However I have not adopted an approach that relies on property sheets to 
the extent that you have done. Instead I use only four common property 
sheets for lib/release, lib/debug, dll/release and dll/debug.

I should also mention that the python script for reading and creating 
solution files (*.sln) is completely new as the old one had some serious 
bugs in it.

Although I have not yet looked at it seriously, the common configuration 
may now make it possible to support your complete property sheet approach 
from the same python scripts with an input option to select it.
