I think Republican Steve Sviggum has said it the best, this is not part of
the role of Government.
What bothers me about this also, is I think there are issues that
legislators and City Council people should be focusing on. Stadium issues
tend to dominate legislatures and City Councils and suck the life out of
other issues.
