On a couple of occasions, in hot summer weather, I have biked past the
garbage burner and smelled a bit of an unpleasant rotten garbage odor. As I
understand it, the new outdoor ball stadium is being considered on land
right across the RR tracks from the burner. Does anyone know if anyone has
studied if garbage odor will ever be a problem for the fans in the stands?
