Aside from the thrill of seeing Joe Barisonzi's crew two different times I have frequented the E, I must - somewhat ruefully - note that plenty of good seats are available at the theatres, even for the big hits.
I, too, would rather go downtown than to the 'burbs, but it seems like Block E's takeoff is happening quite slowly. This is troubling for us city-lovers, even if we were subsidy-haters. By the way, look for an interesting column in praise of Block E from a Downtown resident, coming tomorrow in Skyway News David Brauer King Field Editor, Skyway News (and SW Journal) _______________________________________ Minneapolis Issues Forum - A City-focused Civic Discussion - Mn E-Democracy Post messages to: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Subscribe, Unsubscribe, Digest, and more: http://e-democracy.org/mpls
