If you have ever seen a vinyl, chances are you saw a cardboard sleeve with it. They're *that* common. But at the moment we're expected to use "Paper Sleeve" (yeah, technically cardboard is strong paper… but go ask anyone in the street what he understands if told about "paper sleeve") or "Other", both quite crappy options. So, let's add Cardboard Sleeve, shall we?
