#3827: U+200F RIGHT-TO-LEFT MARK in Subject yields a blank line with GNU Screen
and incorrect arrow cursor position

I've received two spams in a row, with the following subject:
Subject: Tracker Torrent =?UTF-8?Q?Ouvert!=E2=80=8F?=
The problem is that the E2 80 8F (= U+200F RIGHT-TO-LEFT MARK) character
is displayed, which yields a blank line in GNU Screen when switching the
screen, and the arrow cursor can be over a wrong message. This means that
if I delete a message, a wrong message will be deleted!
