On https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=822958#12, it is said
that neither ncurses nor slang supports bidi text. So, there's no hope to
fix the issue, even for mlterm (which supports bidi text), and these marks
should be filtered out unconditionally.
