This patch is **really** rough and untested, but I'm posting it early so
you can try if you like.
It adds a (s)kip option to the prompt, which should hopefully give you the
functionality you want: the ability to accept further down the certificate
chain.
Note the behavior of reject is the same as in the 1.8.0 release: it will
abort the verification and connection.
I need to go over this patch several more times and will probably change
some things, but a confirmation that this works as you would like would be
helpful.
