Hmmm.. I can't duplicate the first problem. Skip should be behaving the
exact same as accept and accept once. It's returning the same value back
to OpenSSL. Are you positive it is displaying the same certificate and
"(certificate # of # in chain)" message in the interactive prompt twice?
Well, the patch is rough and I'm tired, so perhaps I need to take another
look at it tomorrow.
The second issue is the bigger issue. The only thing I can think of is an
"auto skip" option. This would basically mean we only ever look at the
leaf node in the chain. Perhaps Matthias has another idea.
