There are still issues with this patch:
- the first 'skip' command is ignored and you have to press 's' twice to
skip the first certificate
- after accepting the last certificate (the host certificate) the
certificate is successfully saved in the specified file, however on the
next connection the warning prompt reappears, displaying the other
(higher) (CA)certs in the chain to be accepted.
