Do you mean a folder of emails that are non-MIME pgp and you want them to be seen as PGP messages? Well, what about a muttrc hook line or a macro that simply says <tag-pattern>.<enter><tag-prefix><check-traditional-pgp><tag-prefix><tag-message> to tag 'em all, hit esc-P for 'em, and then untag?
