This doesn't:
macro index \cB |'links'\n 'call links to extract URLs out of a message'
macro pager \cB |'links'\n 'call links to extract URLs out of a message'
The latter two just lock up mutt. kill -HUP `pidof links` says
"ERROR: could not get terminal size"
