I don't have a good answer, but a cheap partial solution is to save invitations to imaps://exchange.your.org/Calendar to accept them. Not sure how to decline though, and this still depends on actually receiving the invitation. I've run across cases where the invite doesn't reach me as an IMAP user, I but haven't figured out why yet. (Time and concern haven't intersected.) -- -D.
