Those don't work either. I select the default.m3u from the filesystem browser, and it brings up the choices listed in the file (and "default.m3u" and "0%" at the bottom of the screen). If I select one of the choices (I tried "Radio Paradise" and "WCPE The Classical Station"), the screen looks like it redraws the choices list., but still "default.m3u" and "0%" show at the bottom (and there's no sound). Pressing the stop button on the remote makes the "default.m3u" and "0%" disappear from the bottom of the screen. Following is a mvpmc log from turning the MVP on, selecting default.m3u, and selecting WCPE. What sort of security or permissions problems are you thinking of? The NFS files I've tried are world-readable, and telnetting to the MVP shows I can cp one of the files to another NFS mount. By the way, "mplayer http://www.ibiblio.org/wcpe/wcpe.pls" from my workstation (on the same subnet as the MVP) works fine. Thanks for your help so far Martin!
