According to the Hauppauge website the european versions with Scart output (or at least the current one) are capable of RGB output.
Having just changing one of my TVs I have the choice between RGB and Composite (not Svideo) and would prefer to use the former if possible. However the settings only offer Composite or Svideo. I assume that means that the former option outputs Composite and RGB simultaneously - anyone know if that is the case? From the look of the output the TV appears to be displaying Composite.
